The story of the Eternal Return: Black Survival takes place on a deserted Lumia Island. At the island, eighteen survivors are forced to be the last one standing for an experiment held by the organization AGLAIA whose aim is to create perfect trans-humans. Players can choose to play one character out of a growing cast with which to find items, craft equipment, hunt animals, cook food, and of course kill the other survivors on the island for the match.

What the game has to offer (End-user experience)?

In Eternals Return: Black Survival, the Advancing Wall of Doom measure to the Battle Royale game genre works distinctively compared to the other rivals. In place of the contracting circle centered around a point, the whole set regions of the game become randomly announced to soon be “restricted” and the restricted areas do not slowly damage players within them. Instead, the players only have a short duration of thirty seconds per match with which they can freely go into any sort of restricted area until their time entirely depletes and instantly explodes them.

Distant from other Battle Royale games, the wide variety of items are to some extent guaranteed to have spawned but only within certain areas. This aids in making a planned “build path” a necessity for players to hope to finish their desired equipment lest the areas with their desired items become out of reach to them or even having been depleted of the necessary items. These kinds of unique features make sure that the end-user experience of the player is going to be an epic one. Eternal Return: Black Survival does not back out in providing its players with an amazing experience.

Graphics and responsiveness

Eternal Return: Black Survival feels fine to play, the graphics of the game are uniform, the scope of the game is not overwhelming at first impression, and the skill floor is low but the ceiling is high. The detailing and the finishing of different effects while combat battle look good. Eternal Return: Black Survival is the 3D PC version of its 2D graphic, 1st generation mobile predecessor.

In addition to adding the third dimension, the size of players has also been increased by a third. Eternal Return: Black Survival’s basic building blocks of competitive gameplay are coupled perfectly with the massive amounts of customization in all facets of the game. The dynamic options for character building and tactical approaches could also lend themselves to opportunities for new game modes or formats.

Is the game truly fun to play?

In Eternal Return: Black Survival, the crafting mechanic is one of its hidden gems. The adaptability and customization in how the players can shape out their item build, weapons, clothing, and gear provide endless possibilities of approaches to each character. However, the process of crafting requires a considerable investment of time to search for components, and the game’s pace isn’t necessarily going to allow a complete item build, so being decisive and knowing how to play to your strengths is crucial.

As the catalog of the living players thins out and the game proceeds further, the map will begin to shrink, with some of the zones becoming off-limit zones that will give damage before killing you immediately if the danger level of the area increases.

The first death of a player by exploding in a threat zone may appear as a surprise as the danger is not properly indicated in the lack of intensity of both optical and audible queues relatively to the stark, bone-chilling nature that is Black Survival’s bread and butter. All these provide the players with a thrilling gaming experience that they can relish.

How much time does it take to enjoy the game?

A Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) game like Eternal Return: Black Survival provides crafting mechanics and the ability to customize the user gaming experience. It attracts the players by its flexible and customizable design. One can easily understand the mechanics of this game but getting familiar with the story and the feature will take time. The 10–20 mins of survival become more and more enjoyable for the players once they are familiar with the characters, their abilities, guns, gears, and crafting tactics.

Eternal Return: Black Survival offers a unique blend of genres, mainly consisting of the crafting elements for items/gears and the battle royal combat style. This MOBA does not back out in providing its players with an amazing experience. The uniform and appealing graphics, flexible design, plenty of customization in battle seeings, and an addictive storyline makes it one of the best and liked Battle Royale and MOBA games.
